All events are conducted entirely on gravel roads. With the exception of the Kany 125km Gravel Ride, events are on roads closed to traffic (event vehicles excluded).
Gravel bikes and mountain bikes are recommended for all rides. Hybrid bikes (tyres >= 32mm recommended) are also acceptable.

Note that whilst the Run+Rides may be considered a ‘Duathlon’, run and ride events run independently.
Run+Ride times will be published combined post-event on the website. Event start times and (individual) time limits are the same as separate events.

Wild Gravel FAQ
The event starts on Stirling Range Drive, near the corner of Chester Pass Road and Stirling Range Drive, Stirling Range National Park.
There are many options outlined on the Accommodation page, and it depends on what sort of accommodation you are after. The closest to the start location are either Stirling Range Retreat, or Mt Trio Bush Camp & Caravan Park.
This event is not a race, hence there is no requirement for a race licence.
The event will be timed, with the times published on the Wild Gravel website within 48 hours of the event conclusion.
Stirling Range Drive will be closed for the event, with Red Gum Pass Road remaining open.
Only the Kany 125km ride will utilise Red Gum Pass Road. Kany 125km riders will need to obey all road rules and give way to any traffic as per the usual road rules when on Red Gum Pass Road.
Yes, there are pitstops on course providing hydration (all distances) and nutrition (longer events).
Portable toilets will be available on course.
Mechanical support will be available pre-event at the start line, plus mobile support on course.
Entry fees include event services such as road closures, traffic management, aid stations, hydration stations, on-course mechanical services, first aid. Additional benefits may be delivered by sponsorships (e.g. event t-shirts)
