1. Head out of Gnowangerup on Yougenup road, continuing on the Gnowangerup-Jerramungup Road.
2. After 7 kms keep right onto Formby South Road
3. After 50 kms turn right at the T junction onto Chester Pass Road
4. After 4 km Turn right onto Stirling Range Drive, (this is a gravel road)
5. Continue for 7 km and look for signage. Parking attendants will notify the Event Village Manager of your arrival and usher you into the event village.

2. Continue for 80 kms
3. Turn left onto Stirling Range Drive (this is a gravel road)

The first event starts at 7am, we expect participants and spectators to be arriving from 6am and there is only one narrow track to access the event village so please plan to arrive and be fully set up by 6am. If this is not possible, please contact Penny in advance to discuss alternative arrangements.
The last of the riders should be coming through around 4pm. To ensure a supportive atmosphere, please keep your stall open until these riders have passed through before packing up.
The site will be open on Friday 10 th from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm if you’d like to set up the day before.
Please note: there is no overnight security on site.
If you are accessing power on site, your electrical appliances, including lighting, must have a valid test and tag. Each appliance must have been test and tagged within 12 months of the event. There WILL NOT be an electrician available to do this on-site on the day of the event. It is your responsibility to ensure any tag and testing is done before the event.
Please note, it is a requirement that all power producing equipment must be accompanied by a fire extinguisher.
This event is a smoke-free event.
You will not be able to set up your stall if you have not sent us your Public Liability Insurance Certificate.

The Department of Fire and Emergency Services, WA Police and have been notified that the event is taking place. St John’s Ambulance will be on site.
All incidents should be raised with incident control (location on map) as soon as practically possible. Livingston Medical will also be on site to assist with minor medical incidents. St John Ambulance will be stationed on course.
Harassment WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. If you are being harassed or witness any harassment of staff, presenters, stallholders or members of the general public, please contact Penny (0427 072 393). If appropriate, WA Police will be notified.
There are general waste bins at the site. Your waste must not be discarded on or near the site.
If you are selling food or drink, you should use biodegradable serving products. You should also use environmentally safe cleaning products.
Throughout the day please regularly check on any items you have secured to minimise trip hazards. Cord covers, tape etc. may become dislodged during the day and may need re-securing.
Before you arrive, please ensure you have:
